Where We Started

What started as Jen Springer’s HR career as an HR coordinator within a 30,000+-employee, multi-billion-dollar global organization grew into over 15 years of experience supporting organizations through growth, change, and complexity.

Over time, that experience expanded beyond traditional HR into a broader focus on how businesses operate, align, and scale, ultimately leading to the creation of Ethos Advisory Group.
